Service Agreement: The client must provide clear requirements to Aashirwaad Events before the start of any planning activities. These requirements will help in the foundation for the proposed timeline, project scope, and service quote. Minor adjustments to the agreed specifications may be accommodated without additional charges, however, significant changes may incur extra fees once the planning process is underway.

Media & Publicity: The photographs and video contents from the events managed by Aashirwaad Events, can be used by us for promotional purposes. The clients are also open to use them, provided they are give credits or acknowledgement to Aashirwaad Events.

Restriction on Sharing Materials: The visual contents created by Aashirwaad Events or any third party shared to the clients or any third part over email, WhatsApp or any other preferred mode before signing the contract. These contents are proprietary and confidential and must not be distributed prior to the commencement of a formal agreement.

Deposit and Payment Schedule: The client is required to make a non-refundable deposit of 60% of the total agreed fee at the time of booking to secure the event date. 30% of the remaining fee is to be paid 2 days prior to the event date, and the final 10% is to be paid on the day of the event before it starts.

Additional Services: Any services requested beyond the original agreement will incur extra charges. These fees will be clearly communicated, discussed, and mutually agreed upon prior to initiating the additional services.

Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via direct deposit, check, online bank transfer, or cash. Specific payment details will be provided at the time of signing the agreement.

Compliance with Policies: The client must abide to all the policies and guidelines mentioned in the agreement made by Aashirwaad Events.

Event Promotion: The event and marketing promotional materials arranged by clients must be approved by Aashirwaad Events to prevent any source of conflicts.

Advance Reminders: Payment reminders will be sent to the client 15 days prior to the due date by Aashirwaad Events, to allow seamless financial management.

4. Limitation of Liability

Uncontrol Scenario: Aashirwaad Events is not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the contract may be paused or canceled without any penalties.

Handling of Permissions: Aashirwaad Events can handle obtaining necessary permissions and clearances for the event on behalf of the client, or the client can do it themselves. Any costs related to this will be separate from the agreed event fee.

Client Requirements: Fulfilling every client requirements will depend upon the availability and will require prior notice.

Protection of Creative Works: The designs, artistic materials, creative works provided by Aashirwaad Events for the clients event are proprietary and confidential. Any unauthorized use, distribution or copying is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation Policy: In case the client cancels the event before the event date, a refund of 50% of the total payment made to Aashirwaad Event till the cancellation date is refunded to the client, subject to the terms of the cancellation policy discussed at the time of booking.

Applicable Taxes: All services fees charged by Aashirwaad Events are subject to 18% GST (may vary as per the govt norms) and mentioned at the time of billing in the receipt.

Service Delivery Commitment: Aashirwaad Events agrees to all the deliverables as mentioned in the contact and agrees to support the client both before and after the event duration.
